ReplyDeleteThis article highlights the importance of employees as the most valuable asset for any company. It discusses the various programs and arrangements made by organizations to retain their employees, including training, grievance handling, outbound training, social donation, extra bonuses, career growth opportunities, and a happy work environment. Despite these efforts, many employees still leave their jobs to seek better opportunities elsewhere, and the article lists the top 10 reasons for this, including poor pay, lack of career advancement opportunities, feeling disrespected at work, childcare issues, inflexibility, poor work-life balance, burnout, bad management, finding new purpose, and company culture issues. Finally, the article provides some tips for retaining employees, such as providing competitive benefits, supporting career development, developing leadership skills, offering promotions, and helping employees balance work and life. Well done Nuwan ..!!
ReplyDeleteThere are numerous reasons for this, but my concern is why employees should stay, and ultimately, the supply of a work environment that is broadly compatible with the employees' personal aims and their values for working and living will be required, regardless of how rightness and wrongness are specifically defined for certain individuals in a given organization. The "average employee" is just a concept, so managers must create personnel policies, processes, and programs that take into account the diverse values of their workforce. Only then would it be feasible to create plans and incentives to encourage employees to remain for reasons that are advantageous to the company as well as the individual. Excellent !
