  9. Talent is typically defined as a natural ability or aptitude for a particular skill or activity. It can refer to any innate or acquired skill, talent, or gift that enables an individual to excel in a particular field, whether it be in the arts, sports, academics, or any other area. Talent can be developed through practice and dedication, but individuals who possess a natural talent in a certain area often have a greater potential for success and achievement in that field.

  10. The term "war for talent" refers to the intense competition among organizations to attract, recruit, and retain highly skilled employees. The concept gained widespread attention in the late 1990s and early 2000s, as the economy grew and demand for skilled labor increased.

In today's global economy, the war for talent has intensified, with companies competing not just within their own countries, but also on a global scale. This is due in part to the rise of remote work, which has made it easier for employees to work for companies anywhere in the world, and also to the increasing demand for highly skilled workers in emerging industries such as technology, healthcare, and sustainability.
