working hard should not be confused with  over working at the expansion of relationship and physical health.

everyone who has ever held a job has , at same point, felt the pressure of work related stress. Any job can has stressfully elements. Even if you love what you do.in the short term you may have experience pressure to meet a deadline or full fill the challenging obligation. But when work stress become chronicity can be overwhelming and harmful to both physical and emotional health.

unfortunately such a long term stress is all too common, in fact APA s annual stress in America survey has consistently found that work is sited as a significant source of stress by a majority of American. You cant always avoid the tension that occur on the job. Yet you can take steps to mange work related stress.

Certainty factors tend to go hand in hand with work related stress. Some common workplace stresses are:.....


1.Low salary
2.Exsessive workload.
3.Few opportunities for growth and advancement.
4.Work that isn't engaging or challangening.
5.Lack of social support.
6.Not having enough control over job related decision.

work related stress doesn't just disappear when you head home for the day. When stress persists, it can take a toll on youre health and wellbeing.

a stressful work environment can contribute the problem such as a headche.stomachahe,sleep disturbness,short tempera and difficulty coceerntrating,chronic stress can result in anxiety ,insomnia,high blood pressure ,and weakened immune
system.it can also contribute the health such as depression,obesity,and heart diseace.compounding the problem people who experience excessive stress often deal with it in unhealthy ways ,such as over rating, eating unhealthy foods,smoking ciggartes,or abusing drugs or alcohol.

Taking steps to managing the workplace stress.....







1.Track youre stressors.

2.Develop healthy responses.

3.Take time to recharge.

4.Learn how to relax.

5.Get some support.
